Looking for a way to serve? One of the simplest ways is through our monthly food packing night at Midwest Food Bank. On the last Tuesday of every month, we partner with Midwest to serve our community and beyond. We support their mission to share the love of Christ by alleviating hunger and malnutrition locally and around the world, and by providing disaster relief. Often, we prepare Hope Packs for kids; Midwest works closely with schools and nonprofits to ensure that children who face food insecurity have weekend meals they can count on. These packs are filled with easy-to-open, nutritious food, and help students return to class ready to learn.
