Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations worldwide through gift-filled Christmas shoeboxes and the good news of God’s love. These shoeboxes are filled with small gifts and delivered throughout the world to children in need. Shoeboxes from Northwoods families have reached the far corners of the world; for many children, their shoebox might be the first gift they have ever received! To participate, just pick up a shoebox (or use one of your own), fill it with gifts, pray over it, and drop it off at the church during the collection dates.
